Soul Arts

A character can use any Soul Art they have learned whose rank does not exceed the maximum allowed by their class. Each use costs only the listed Resolve. A Soul Art with the same name can be used no more than once per round. Unless stated otherwise, damaging Soul Art Attack Rolls add the character's Insight Modifier and Proficiency Bonus.
